of obama care. hishe gentle man knows, constituents as well as mine are faced with higher premiums. he has said to the american people they can keep their health care laws if they would like -- health care plans if they would like to. they have to figure out what kinds of plants are actually there for them. the administration claims the website is working just fine. we know the backend of that website is not working just fine. i am glad people are able to get on and see what is there. we don't really know how successful the sign-ups and enrollments are being. areo know most individuals facing higher premiums. those that have had to give up the plan are facing higher premiums and plants they don't necessarily choose, that they are forced to have because of the operation of this law. we need to focus on this issue. we voted on the alternative back in 2009. there was a planned the congressional budget office said ford reduce premium patients out there. we have not resolved this issue of health care. there is a better way. we ought to spend time focusing on how we are going to resolve that for

a federal agency that would protect consumers against unfair business practices to keep people from being taken advantage of in ways that had the potential to sink the american economy all over again. after president obama announced he liked the idea of that federal agency and he wanted that harvard professor to lead it, senate republicans said no, as they blocked her confirmation and nomination, really. they were against not just her but the very existence of the agency, consumer protection, itself, a regulating big business, when president obama grew convinced she conwhen confirmation, he nominated someone else instead, within she couldn't head up the agency that she conceived off of, she, instead, declaerd her senate in massachusetts. she decided to take the one of scott brown and bring back real genuine populism. she tried to bring that back to the united states senate. >> there is nobody in this country who got rich on his own, nobody. you built a factory out there, good for you. but i want to be close, you moved your gdz to market on the roads the rest of us paid for. you hired work
